Graph Tech String Saver Originals Saddles for Strat/Telecaster, 2-1/16″ Spacing
The PS-8000-00 is a perfect upgrade or replacement set of saddles for your Strat® or Tele® style guitar.  They have a centre intonation screw and a 2 1/16″ string spacing.  Included with the set is an extra set of slightly longer intonation screws to be used with a Telecaster.  String Saver Originals are made entirely of our String Saver material and give you a more balanced tone than steel saddles.  On first listen, some people believe that the top end has gone away.  All that is missing is the 2KHz spike;  what’s added opens up a whole new world of sonic possibilities!  Once your ears get used to the new sound, you will start to hear all the added harmonic content that String Saver Saddles reveal.

Graph Tech String-Saver Saddles. Black finish. As the string vibrates against the String-Saver material, a thin Teflon film is created. Teflon eases the grip on the string and microscopically spreads the stress over a greater area. For string breakage reduction the difference can be dramatic. They also have the full-bodied tone and bite of vintage steel saddles.
