Cleartone EQ’s are the first acoustic guitar strings sets that combine a mixture of wrap materials into one set. They’re designed to mimic a ‘perfect EQ setting’ with each wound string utilising an optimum metal alloy for enhanced frequency response for that string. The low E is 99% copper-bronze to increase bass response; phosphor-bronze is used for the A & D strings for accentuated midrange and robust lows and highs, and 80/20 bronze for the G-string for its strong bright characteristics. This set produces an exquisitely balanced tone.
Cleartone Coating Treatment
Cleartone treated strings feature a 500-nanometer treatment that not only protects all 6-strings but actually increases tonal output beyond even uncoated strings.
